Cum sa gatesti curry de pui cu grasimi putine – Dieta cu pui – Video

Curry de pui este delicios, dar de multe ori plin de grasime, in special daca luam in considerare versiunile asiatice. Expertul in dieta Phil Mundy, va explica in psi simpli cum sa gatiri alternativa sanatoasa pentru aceasta reteta, cu un adaos minim de grasimi, dar nu si de arome.

Cat timp este necesar sa acesta reteta cu prezentare video
– timp de preparare 15 minute
– gatitul propriu zis 25 de minute
– rezulta 4 portii. Pentru mai multe portii multiplicati cantitatile
Ingrediente necesare pragatirii puiului dietetic cu curry
– un sparay cu grasimi sarace in calorii
– 1 ceapa mare tacata marunt
– 1 ardei iute rosu tocat marunt
– 400 grame de piept de pui feliat in fasii subtiri
– 2 ardei grasi taiati bucati (puteti alege unul galben si unul rosu)
– 3 linguri de pudra de curry
– 400 de grame de rosii tocate
– 2 linguri de mango
– 150 ml apa
– 250 g spanac – puteti folosi spanac congelat
– 200 g de iaurt dietetic cu minim de grasimi
Preparare curry de pui dietetic – vezi reteta video si pasii care trebuiesc urmati:
Pasul 1
Alegeti o tigaie mare (poate fi un wok) si pulverizati cateva jeturi de ulei spray fara calorii. Adaugati ceapa taiata si ardeiul iute (daca vreti sa nu fie foarte iute scoateti semintele de la ardei). Prajiti pentru aproximativ 5 minute la foc slab, pana cand ceapa incepe sa aiba o culoare aurie si o consistenta moale. Adaugati puiul si ardeiul gras. Amestecati bine si lasati pe foc inca 5 minute
Pasul 2
Presarati pudra de curry si continuati sa amestecati cateva minute.
Pasul 3
Adaugati apa, rosiile tocate si mango. Cand incepe sa fiarba dati focul mai mic si lasati sa se gateasca 10-12 minute, pana cand sosul a scazut si s-a ingrosat.
Pasul 4
Adaugati spanacul si amestecati 2 minute. La sfarsit adaugati iaurtul si incorporati prin amestecare usoara, prin rasturnare.
Acest fel de pui este recondat sa-l serviti cu orez brun la aburi. Este foarte sanatos si satios.
In loc de Mango, care are rol de indulcire puteti folosi o lingurita cu sirop de artar sau zahar brun.
