Prajitura cu coacaze migdale si bezea-desert delicios

Prajitura cu coacaze este de dificultate medie, o pregatiti in jur de 1 ora si jumatate. Coacazele se pot inlocui cu alte fructe:zmeura, mure, caise taiate bucatele( foarte coapte ), de recomandat ca fructele sa fie proaspete.

Coacazele se spala si se lasa la uscat, sa nu mai fie apa pe ele. Prajitura cu coacaze migdale si bezea se face in doua etape:mai intai facem baza prajiturii care se coace in cuptor, dupa care se face bezeaua care se mai coace inca un timp cu fructele.

Prajitura cu coacaze si bezea de ou

Ingrediente blat:

6 galbenusuri
6 linguri de lapte
50 grame de migdale macinate
180 grame zahar
200 grame faina
200 g de unt moale
1/2 plic de praf de copt
1 lingurita de coaja de lamaie rasa

Pentru umplutura: 500-600 grame de coacaze

Pentru bezea spuma

6 albusuri
1 varf de cutit de sare
200 g zahar

Mod de preparare Prajitura cu coacaze migdale si bezea

Pentru blat amestecati bine galbenusurile pe care ati presarat putina sare ca sa se inroseasca, cu zaharul. Amestecati fainna cu praful de copt stins cu 1 lingura de lamaie, apoi rasturnati peste galbenus si zahar. Se adauga untul moale si migdalele si se amesteca bine in continuare.
Luati o tava de aragaz dreptunghiulara si tapetati cu unt si adaugati hartia de copt.
Cuptorul se preincazeste inainte si itroduceti blatul la copt pentru 15 minute, sau reglati la 180 grade si coaceti 2-25 minute.

Intre timp pregatiti bezeaua:bateti spuma albusurile la temperatura camerei cu sarea, apoi adaugati zaharul si mixati pana devine tare compozitia.

Cand blatul este gata, scoateti din cuptor si adaugati coacazele pe intrega suprafata, dupa care albusul batut. Reglati cuptorul la 150 grade sau dati focul un pic mai incet si coaceti cu usa intredeschisa vreme de 15 minute. Stingeti aragazul si mai lasati inauntru prajitura pentru inca 10-15 minute.
Dupa ce s-a racit portionati, iar cand serviti puteti adauga peste bezea bobite de coacaze si o frunzulita de menta.

P.S. va marturisesc ca am facut aceasta prajitura si cu gem de coacaze cumparat de la Ikea, am pus intreg continutul din borcan, peste blat.
