Salata de vara cu ton – Reteta video din sudul Frantei

Nina Parker ne rasfata intr-un video culinar, cu o reteta de salata de vara cu ton, bucati de peste bine alese dintr-o conserva de calitate. Ingredientele sunt de gasit si la noi, am cautat niste conserve de ton mai de calitate si am gasit in magazinele Maga Image.
Nina Parker este autoarea cartii “Nina St Tropez” , o culegere de retete din sudul Frantei.

Salata de vara cu ton

Ce ingrediente avem nevoie pt Salata de vara cu ton

Cantitatile de mai jos sunt pentru 4 portii, timpul de preparare este de 30 minute, cu tot cu gatit dureaza totul 1 ora.

– 200 g cartofi noi copti in coaja
– 3 linguri de ulei de masline extravirgin
– 2-3 oua fierte tari
– 100 g fasole verde
– 20 g de fileuri de ansoa
– 1 bucata salata verde medie
– 100 g rosii cherry taiate in jumatati
– 1 ceapa mare rosie taiata fin in cubulete
– 2 linguri de otet din vin alb
– 1 lingurita de mustar integral
– sucul de la 1/2 lamaie mare si putina coaja rasa
– sare de mare si piper pentru macinat

Modul de preparare pentru salata de vara cu ton

Cartofii bine spalati cu o periuta, se aseaza intr-o tava de cuptor dupa ce i-ati uns cu putin ulei si ati adaugat sare si piper. Lasati-i sa se coaca bine, dupa care ii scoateti si ii lasati sa se raceasca.
Fasolea se pune in apa fiarta si se lasa in jur de 3 minute, se scoate si se pune in apa foarte rece, pentru a nu-si pierde culoarea verde prospat.
Ouale le fierbeti tari.
Dresingul pentru salata il faceti intr-un bol mic de sticla sau ceramica, unde amestecati uleiul, otetul, mustarul, suc de lamaie sarea si piperul macinat.
Luati un castron mare de sticla. Rupeti cu mana frunzele de salata spalate si scurse de apa, si asezatile in castron. Adaugati fileurile de ansoa, bucatile de ton, ceapa tocata fin si rosiile jumatati. Adaugati dresingul si amestecti cu mana prin rasturnare.
Deasupra puneti bucati de ou fiert. Serviti. Acesta poate sa fie un meniu de sine statator pe care sa-l serviti cu crutoane de paine.
